Our team provides speech and occupational therapy services for children from birth through adolescence, with a strong focus on early intervention, social communication, motor development, and early literacy.

Meet our Expert
Speech-Language Pathologist
Hi, I’m Meredith—speech-language pathologist, wife, mom, and the heart behind Playology Pediatric Therapy. I earned my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Cincinatti and have nearly 10 years of experience working with children from birth through school age in early intervention and school-based settings.
I specialize in supporting children with speech and language delays, autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental needs using play-based, relationship-centered therapy. I’m also trained in Beckman Oral Motor and passionate about building strong foundations for communication through imitation, joint attention, and early play routines.
One of my greatest passions is early literacy—helping children connect with books, build vocabulary, and develop the language skills that set the stage for reading success. Whether through song, storytelling, or shared book routines, I love making literacy part of every session.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and son, walking around Bridgeport, or hunting for the next great thrift store find.
